Protein Cinnamon Roll French Toast

WHAT YOU NEED‼️

2 Whole Wheat Bread Slices

1 scoop (31g) Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder by Bowmar Nutrition OR 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

2 fl. oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Egg

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla Extract


HOW TO MAKE:

1️. Place a pan on medium-high heat.

2️. Combine the protein powder, egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a plate.

3️. Dip both sides of the bread into the mixture for a few seconds. (Remove from mixture before the bread becomes soggy)

4️. Immediately place the bread on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. Then flip.

5️. Press the bread firmly onto the pan with your spatula, and leave it cooking for another minute. Then move to serving plate.

6️. Repeat steps 1-5 for second slice, top with Walden Farms syrup, and serve!
