Low-Carb Tortilla Pizza with Chicken

WHAT YOU NEED:

2.5 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders

1 tsp of:

- Salt

- Pepper

- Onion powder

- Garlic powder

28g (1 serving) Kraft Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Mission Fajita Carb Balance Whole

Wheat Tortilla

0.5 Fl.oz Del Monte Tomato Sauce (Zero Salt)


HOW TO MAKE:

1️. Take your chicken and season with given seasonings listed above

2️. Place in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 20-22 minutes minutes or air-fry at 400 degrees for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through

3️. While chicken is cooking, spray flat, sheet pan with non-stick spray and place tortilla directly on pan

4️. Apply tomato sauce, leaving a 1/2 inch rim for a crust and spread about half the cheese serving onto the sauce

5️. Shred cooked chicken and place on pizza, along with any other desired toppings

6️. Add remaining cheese and place in a 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes

7️. Once timer is up, broil on high for 2 minutes for extra crispy crust, then serve!
