Egg White Breakfast Roll (Veg Friendly)

WHAT YOU NEED!

The whites from 2 eggs

Low carb Tortilla (local food mart)

1 Fat Free Cheese Slice

1 Tbs Light Sour Cream (on the side)


HOW TO MAKE:

1️. Crack 2 Egg Whites in a separate bowl, season with a dash of salt and pepper, and mix

2️. Pour into a pan on medium-heat and leave it flat

3️. Flip egg once majority of the top side is cooked

4️. Put half of the cheese slice on top of the egg, then a tortilla right on top

5️. Press tortilla firmly onto egg and then flip again

6️. Add the second half of the cheese on the egg side and roll slowly

7️.Cut roll in half and serve!
