WHAT YOU NEED:

2 Mission Fajita Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla

4 oz 4% fat ground beef (96/4)

28 g (1 serving) of:

- Hill County Fair Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- Kraft Shredded Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese


Seasonings for ground beef (1 tsp each):

- Salt

- Pepper

- Onion and garlic powder

- Cayenne or Paprika


HOW TO MAKE:

1️. Cut tortillas in half 3 times for 6 triangles and place on a flat tray in a 350 degree preheated oven for 8-10 minutes (4th picture)

2️. Season ground beef with listed seasonings and cook until brown

3️. On a microwave safe plate, place half of the toasted tortilla chips as the first layer, then add half of the ground beef, and cheese mixture, and repeat with top layer

4️. Place entire meal in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until cheese is slightly melted

5️. Top with lettuce, sour cream, and then serve!
