3-Cheese Chicken Quesadilla

WHAT YOU NEED:

4 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Seasonings (1 tsp of each)

- Salt

- Pepper

- Garlic powder

- Onion powder

- Cayenne pepper

28 g Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

28 g Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

28 g Hill County Fair Shredded Cheddar Cheese

3 Mission Fajita Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla

2 Tbs Whataburger Buffalo Sauce


HOW TO MAKE:

1️. Take your uncooked chicken and season with the given seasonings listed above

2️. Air fry at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through

3️. Once chicken is fully cooked, chop into bite size pieces, and combine with buffalo sauce

4️. Place one tortilla on a pan on low heat

5️. On one side of the Tortilla, place a little less than 1/3 of the cheese mixture, place your chopped chicken directly on top, then sprinkle a little more cheese on top

6️. Fold your tortilla and press firmly until the cheese begins to melt

7️. Wait 1-2 minutes and then flip folded tortilla

8️. Repeat for other 2 tortillas, cut into triangles, and serve!
